2. Data We Collect

No account is required to play. The app offers optional Google Play Games sign-in for its global leaderboard. Play Games may provide the app with your player ID, display name, and avatar for leaderboard presentation. The optional nickname entered in the app is stored only on your device.
Play Games cloud backup (optional): on Android, the app can back up save data to Play Games Services when the service is available and you are signed in. The cloud copy is stored in your Google account; we do not access it outside the app's restore flow.
3. Advertising — Google AdMob
The app shows rewarded video ads and interstitial ads powered by Google AdMob (a service of Google LLC). Google may collect when an ad is requested, shown, or interacted with:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID, device model, OS version)
- Ad interactions (which ads were shown, whether you watched them)
- Approximate location (inferred from your IP address, not GPS)
- Diagnostics and performance data
Google uses this data to serve relevant ads and for its own analytics. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google's Partner Sites & Apps policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We receive aggregated, anonymised advertising reports. For the optional Play Games leaderboard, the app reads the Play Games player ID, display name, and avatar supplied by Google so it can display leaderboard entries; Google controls that account data under its own policies.
4. Consent — European Economic Area, UK, and US States
EEA & UK (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, Google may present a consent form (powered by the Google User Messaging Platform) when UMP reports that consent is required in your region. This form explains what AdMob and its partners collect and asks for your choices before personalised ads are shown.
- You may review or change your choices through Settings → Privacy options when Google reports that a privacy entry point is required in your region.
- Depending on the choices made and ad availability, Google may serve non-personalized or limited ads, or no ad.
US States (CCPA / US Privacy Laws)
If you are in a US state covered by Google's US-state privacy messaging (e.g. California, Colorado, Connecticut), Google may show a "Do not sell or share my personal information" message at the app's Privacy options entry point when that message is required. It is not an automatic first-launch notice.
- You may review or change your US-state privacy choices through Settings → Privacy options when that entry point is available.
Changing your choices
Open the app, tap Settings (⚙), then Privacy options. This option appears only when Google reports that a privacy entry point is required. If you do not see it, Google has not reported an entry point for your region.
5. Children
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate.
The app is rated for general audiences (Google Play target audience: 13+) consistent with Google Play Families policy requirements.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Your local save data (progress, settings, nickname) is stored on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. Android uninstall removes all
user://data including the save file. An optional Play Games cloud copy may remain in your Google account under Google's controls. - Ad consent choices are stored on-device and can be reviewed or changed through Settings → Privacy options when available.
- AdMob data: Google retains ad-interaction data per its own retention schedule. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
7. Your Rights
GDPR (EEA / UK)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you (we do not operate our own account database; Play Games data is controlled by Google).
- Erasure: uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
- Object to personalised advertising: use Settings → Privacy options to review or change choices when available.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
CCPA (California and covered US states)
You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use Settings → Privacy options to exercise this right within Google's framework when the entry point is available.
8. Third-Party Services
The app uses Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial advertising and Google Play Games Services for optional sign-in, cloud backup, and global leaderboards. We do not integrate analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or social-media SDKs.
Play Games sign-in, cloud backup, and global leaderboards are optional Android features. If you sign in, Play Games displays your platform display name and avatar on public leaderboard entries and supplies a player ID to the app. Google's privacy policy applies to Play Games data.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
